The right to shelter for the undocumented

16 april 17.30 – 19.00 training by Jelle Klaas, Fisher advocaten.
In January 2013 the Protestant Churches lodged a complaint with the European Committee for Social Rights concerning the right to food, clothing and shelter for migrants without residence permits. Fisher lawyers from Haarlem prepared this complaint. In October last year the Committee agreed on an Immediate Measure, which means that Netherlands should provide access to food, clothing and shelter to undocumented, while awaiting a definitive decision. What can we expect from the definitive judgemet by the committee? What could this mean for you as an undocumented migrant? Come to the training to learn more about it! The dinner is free of charge, please subscribe by sending an email to info@wereldhuis.org. After the training there is dinner.
